Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy
To ensure quality service and avoid overbooking, each customer may schedule up to two "House Cleaning on Free Estimate" appointments at a time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via our website booking system or by texting our business number. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may limit future scheduling opportunities. If your preferred time is unavailable, we’re happy to place you on our waitlist and will contact you if a spot opens up.
